Shri N. Gowri Sankara Rao, Director (Finance), MIDHANI has inaugurated a “Skill Development and Training Program” organized by #MIDHANI for ITI apprentice trainees in “Commemoration of 75 years of India’s Independence”. MIDHANI has planned to organize the training program batch wise as a one-day workshop. This was the first batch in which Building Self Confidence & Motivating, Basic Essential / Technical Skills for Success, Behavioural & Communication Skills, Employability Skills,: Challenges & Opportunities and Safety Awareness Programme were the topics. Shri S. Narasinga Rao, AGM (Admin), Shri D. Praveen Verma, SM (PPC), Shri B. Murugan, DM (TIS & AT), Shri Naga Pavan Kumar BHSV, DM (HR) and Shri M. Malla Reddy, DM (Fire, Safety & Environment) were the faculty members. The program was concluded with Rashtragaan.
