Training & Development department of MIDHANI conducted 3 Days Comprehensive Executive Development Course (EDC) for NUS promotes under probation (Pilot Batch) .The Training programme conducted from 01 Nov 2021 to 03 Nov 2021 at T&D Dept, COE Building for a batch of 13 participants from various cross-functional depts respectively. The overall training objective and framework is designed on various topics which will help the participants to scale up to the next level on behavioral and functional core competencies. The 3 days classroom training is intended to make the participants ,employees proficient in Communication and soft skills to make them industry-ready which would enable them to face the various professional challenges with more confidence and proficiency .

As a closing ceremony of the training Programme , valedictory ceremony was conducted on Wednesday 03 Nov 2021 at 1500hrs at MIDHANI Training & Development Department Centre of Excellence building and Chief guest of the function was Dr. Sanjay Kumar Jha- C&MD, Shri Gowri Sankara Rao Naramsetti , Director(Finance) graced the occasion and complimented the T&D team under guidance of Shri S. Narsinga Rao- AGM (Admin) and training convenor and Shri P.Sunil Kumar , Dy.Manager(HR & Admin) Training Department and his entire team for the meticulous planning , organizing , conducting and successfully completing this training programme for NUS promotes. All the participants expressed their views , thoughts , feedback on the entire programme , thanking the management for taking such a wonderful initiation on this well organized systematic training programme and all the participants were honoured with certificate of participation.
