MIDHANI has conducted 3 Days training programme “DARPAN” for NUS Cadre from 10 May to 12 May 2022 for a batch of 32 participants from various cross-functional depts with the Training Theme : A MISSION TO RE-FIRE, EXPLORE, EXCEL, ENHANCE & ENLIGHT. The topics covered during Training were HAPPINESS MANAGEMENT , HEALTH MANAGEMENT, SPIRUTAL MANAGEMENT, EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE, WORK-LIFE BALANCE,RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT & FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT.
All the participants were honoured with Certificate of Participation by the chief guest of closing and valedictory ceremony Shri N. Gowri Sankara Rao, Director (Finance) MIDHANI graced the occasion. The Training was inaugrated by Shri Shashi Kumar Dwivedi, Addl.General Manager(SPD) , Shri U.V.Guru Raja, Addl.General Manager(AMD) and Shri S.Narsinga Rao, Addl.General Manager(Admin) & Incharge-T&D The program was coordinated by Shri P.Sunil Kumar, Dy.Manager (HR) T &D.
