A ‘Chintan Shivir’ – brainstorming session was organized by MIDHANI for its officers in line with guidelines from MoD, GoI on 01.07.2023. The Chitan Shivir was to discuss and get suggestions from the officers on various ways and strategies for MIDHANI’s contribution to achieving the Defence Production targets set by Govt. of India.
Dr. SK Jha, CMD, MIDHANI inaugurated the Chitan Shivir and provoked the thought process among the officers of MIDHANI and encouraged them to express their ideas. Shri N. Gowri Sankara Rao, Director (Finance) and
Shri T. Muthukumar, DPM, MIDHANI also share their idea about Chitan Shivir and welcomed the officers to give the suggestion without any hesitation.
During the Chitan Shivir, Sr. Officials, Mid-Level Managers, and Newly Joined Officers shared their suggestions on various ways & strategies to improve MIDHANI’s performance to achieve its goals. Shri Supartha Sen, GM, CP & Coord. was the convenor of the Shivir.
