GENERAL GUIDELINES AND INSTRUCTIONS TO APPLICANTS FOR REGISTRATION OF THEIR FIRM WITH MISHRA DHATU NIGAM LIMITED
GUIDELINES FOR ONLINE VENDOR REGISTRATION
- Vendors desirous of getting themselves as approved suppliers of MIDHANI furnish complete details of the product(s) online, for which registration is desired along with credentials of the firm/established.
- Interested applicants for registration are requested to apply through on-line Vendor Registration.
- All the pages like Applicant information, Applicant Profile, commercial information etc are to be filled with appropriate data.
- Applicants should take the printout of the application after successful entry of the data. The hard copy of the application shall be duly signed, stamped and to be sent to the following address by Post, along with relevant certificates/document copies in support of their credentials.

General Instructions to Applicants:
- Vendors are selected based on the suitability of the product(s), capacity, turnover, quality etc. if required, after due verification/ capacity assessment by MIDHANI’s technical team.
- Applications duly filled, signed & stamped with necessary statutory registration certificate copies(Excise, VAT, SSI/NSIC etc), latest 3Yrs Financial Statements, purchase order copies executed with major PSUs, Performance Certificates if any are to be submitted for processing. Incomplete applications not containing the above mentioned information and supporting documents shall not be considered for vendor registration.
- MIDHANI reserves the right to cancel or suspend registration without assigning any reason for the same.
- The decision of MIDHANI in respect of registration/rejection shall be final.
- The hard copy of the application along with the supporting documents.
- All sheets/enclosures are to be signed and stamped by the authorized signatory.
