On the occasion, the training theme Logo: “PARIVARTHAN” has been released by the dignitaries. The training objective was #Strategy, #Team Work, #Leadership, and #Colloboration.

Mid-Career Training Programme, “PARIVARTHAN” is exclusively designed for Middle level Management Executives from cross-functional departments (Manager, Senior Manager & Dy.General Manger)Cadre incoordination with our vigilance Department ,The overall structure of this training program was purposely designed in a way to ensure that middle level management executives participating in this program build their core competencies, enhance their skills and area of expertise to utilize the same for organizational development. The participants shall be trained by various internal and external faculty , subject matter experts on latest topics related to self-development, team development and organizational development.

The overall training frame work includes Two weeks of full day classroom training sessions which includes two days on preventive vigilance module and one day outbound /field visit and village exposure scheduled between 13 September 2021 to 25 September 2021
