On the occasion of International Women’s Day, MIDHANI proudly celebrates the remarkable contributions of the Women of MIDHANI, whose dedication across laboratories, boardrooms, and the production floor continues to drive innovation and strengthen the organization’s journey towards Atmanirbhar Bharat.
Marking a historic milestone in Nari Shakti, Ms. K. Madhubala Kalluri, Director (Finance), became the first woman Functional Director in MIDHANI’s history on 21 July 2025. Her leadership reflects the growing role of women in shaping the organization’s strategic and financial excellence.

The occasion also celebrates Dr. Savitha Upadhyayula, Senior Manager (R&D), recipient of the IIM Essar Gold Medal, whose work on advanced materials such as MDN2100 and MDN CFSS 250 contributes significantly to India’s self-reliance in critical technologies.

Adding to this spirit of excellence is Smt. Manali, Manager (IT) and Chief Security Officer, whose leadership in cybersecurity and digital infrastructure strengthens MIDHANI’s strategic operations and supports secure digital innovation in the defence sector.
