Dr. Jayanti Prasad Nautiyal, DGM (OL), Retd., Union Bank of India, a record holder in the āLimca Book of World Recordsā and Dr. Vijay Kumar Malhotra, Director (OL), Retd., Ministry of Railways, GoI, awarded by Honāble President of India were the guest speakers who have delivered a lecture on ā Hindi Ke Vaishvik Paridrishya Me Takaniki Lekhan Ki Prasangiktaā and ā Vishwa Ki Bhashaon Ke Pariprekshya Me Bharat Me Rajbhasha Ki Stithitiā respectively.
