MIDHANI Training & Development department conducted NIPUNA 2022 – A Series of Re-Fresh & Re-Touch Training Programme with Theme Driving The Drivers .The Training Programme was conducted on Sunday 01 May 2022 from 09:00 hrs to 18:00 hrs , Shri S.Narsinga Rao , AGM(admin) I/C -T&D took a brief session on various topics ,Safety , Awareness & Duties and Responsibilities , Shri Subham Kumar, Dy.Manager(ARS) gave a brief session on Vehicle maintenance , Shri P.Sunil Kumar , Dy.Manager (Training) gave a brief insights on Team work & Success with a Team building activities.
Drivers /participants were around 32 attended for the full day workshop and evening programme was concluded with a valedictory ceremony ,Shri Gowri Sankara Rao Naramsetti , Director(Finance) graced the occasion and addressed the participants and also awarded prizes to the TEAMS and also complimented the T&D Dept for their innovative training theme on skill development for drivers .
