The Parliamentary Standing Committee on Social Justice and Empowerment, under the leadership of Shri P. C. Mohan, Hon’ble Member of Parliament (Lok Sabha), Karnataka, held an interaction with MIDHANI to review its initiatives in the area of social empowerment.

Dr. S. V. S. Narayana Murty, Chairman & Managing Director, MIDHANI, along with Smt. K. Madhubala, Director (Finance), Shri Hari Krishna V., AGM (I/c HR), and Smt. A. R. Rashmi, Senior Manager (HR), briefed the Committee on the activities undertaken by MIDHANI under Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). The discussion also focused on the socio-economic impact of these initiatives on deprived sections of society, including the implementation of the Reservation Policy.

MIDHANI was honoured to participate in the Parliamentary Standing Committee meeting and to engage with the members on matters related to social justice, empowerment, and inclusive development.
