As part of preventive vigilance at Mishra Dhatu Nigam Limited (MIDHANI), a booklet comprising a compilation of Systemic Improvements suggested by the Vigilance Department of MIDHANI and action taken by MIDHANI Management was released on 31st October 2022.
As per the release, the suggestions for systematic improvement compiled in the book range from wide functional areas such as procurement, civil works, recruitment & promotions, polices related to Human Recourses, Finance and Security. The booklet compiled under the guidance of Dr Upender Vennam, IPoS, Chief Vigilance Officer, MIDHANI was released by Dr. Sanjay Kumar Jha, C&MD, MIDHANI at a function organised at MIDHANI Hyderabad. The booklet has been released on the eve of Vigilance Awareness Week – 2022 being observed by MIDHANI from 31st October to 06th November 2022 at all its units/offices viz; Delhi, Kolkata and Rohtak.
Shri N. Gowri Sankara Rao, Director (Finance), Shri T. Muthukumar, Director (Production & Marketing), Shri A. Ramakrishna Rao, General Manager (HR), Shri Supartha Sen, Genl. Manager (Planning & Co-ordination) and other senior executives were present in the event.
