MIDHANI Conferred 3rd Prize in Swachhata Pakhwada Award-2025

Mishra Dhatu Nigam Limited (MIDHANI) has been conferred the 3rd Prize in the Swachhata Pakhwada Award-2025 by the Department of Defence Production (DDP), Ministry of Defence, Government of India.

The award was presented by Smt. Meera Mohanty, Joint Secretary (P&C) to Dr. S.V.S. Narayana Murty, Chairman & Managing Director (CMD), MIDHANI, in recognition of the company’s sustained efforts towards promoting cleanliness, hygiene and environmentally responsible practices across its operations.

MIDHANI has consistently undertaken various initiatives under the Swachhata Pakhwada campaign, including workplace cleanliness drives, waste management practices, awareness programmes and adoption of sustainable practices, contributing to a cleaner and greener environment.

On this occasion, the CMD, MIDHANI stated:
