MIDHANI received the Rajbhasha Puraskar (Shield) for outstanding implementation of Official Language policies and the Best e-Magazine Award for its in-house Rajbhasha magazine ‘Sankalp’.

The awards were presented by Dr. Anesh Kumar, Outstanding Scientist, Chairman, TOLIC (U) and C&MD, ECIL in the gracious presence of Shri T. Surya Chandra Rao, Chief General Manager, Powergrid, Shri Prakash Ram, Anusandhan Adhikari, Regional Implementation Office, Banglore and Dr. Rajnarayan Awasthi, Mem. Sec., TOLIC (U) and Manager (OL), ECIL.

The awards were received on behalf of MIDHANI by Shri S.K. Dwivedi, General Manager (Marketing & SBD). During the event, a presentation highlighting MIDHANI’s general profile and its Official Language implementation initiatives was delivered, and a mini exhibition showcasing Official Language implementation activities at MIDHANI was also set up.

These recognitions reaffirm MIDHANI’s continued commitment towards promotion and effective implementation of Rajbhasha Hindi.
