We are now compiling the detailed progress reports from states, PSUs and Private Corporates on their contribution under the Swachh Vidyalaya Initiative. This will be placed on the Swachh Vidyalaya website and published in separate reports. Extracts from this will also be included in future short films which this Department may make.
In this regard you may like to visit the Swachh Vidyalaya Website at www.mhrd.gov.in and see the reports which have already been uploaded. I will also be forwarding a CD of a short film which we have recently prepared on this initiative.
You are therefore, requested to send a detailed report on your contribution under the Swachh Vidyalaya Initiative. Apart from the construction of toilets, information on other activities/ initiatives such as the programme for behavioural change, material prepared in the form of booklets, pamphlets and audio/video clips etc. may also be shared in the report.
I shall be grateful if these reports can be sent by 30th December, 2015.
