The Indian Society for Non-Destructive Testing (ISNT), Hyderabad Chapter, in association with Mishra Dhatu Nigam Limited (MIDHANI), inaugurated the Ultrasonic Testing (UT) Level II Certification Course at MIDHANI.

The programme was inaugurated by Dr. S.V.S. Narayana Murty, Chairman & Managing Director, MIDHANI, in the presence of Shri P. Babu, Director (Production & Marketing), Shri Mallu Venkat Reddy, Scientist ‘G’, DRDO, and Dr. Phani Suryakiran, Scientist ‘F’, DMRL and Secretary, ISNT Hyderabad Chapter.

The intensive 80-hour certification programme, conducted in accordance with IS 13805:2004, has brought together professionals from MIDHANI, NFC and other leading organisations. The course comprises comprehensive classroom sessions, hands-on training using advanced Ultrasonic Testing equipment, practical demonstrations and the ISNT Level II Certification Examination.

The initiative reflects MIDHANI’s continued commitment to enhancing technical competencies, promoting quality assurance and supporting excellence in non-destructive testing for India’s strategic manufacturing, aerospace and defence sectors.
